Dear Clarence Valley Community Education Sector VIP

Super Exciting News for the Clarence Valley

Have you seen the latest press release about RPPPP – Reginal Partnerships Project Pool Program?

We are at the receiving end of significant funding directed towards post-secondary education, in the Clarence Valley.  As a community we have been given the opportunity to decide what to do with this funding, within educational boundaries, to create worthwhile partnerships with program universities to widen participation in higher education, in our region.

We request your knowledge, wisdom, experience and opinions as we embark on this project,  We would be delighted if you would attend our VIP Education Forum on Wednesday evening the 8th June, 5.30pm to 7.30pm at Country Universities Centre Clarence Valley at 146 Pound St, Grafton. Chris Ronan (CUC Equity and Engagement Officer) will be hosting the evening.

In Phase 1 of the program, from May to July 2022, we are to host various community meetings and a very special VIP event for Educators in our Clarence Valley community.  During the evening we will share information about the opportunities for this program and the difference it will make to our community.  We are then to form a ‘RPPPP Clarence Valley Working Group’.  This group will participate in a full day workshop to create a program design for our community.

This is an exciting prospect for our community and I strongly encourage passionate educators, and community members interested in contributing to this project for upskilling and educating our community, to come along to the information session. We truly value your input to this project.
